Oriyomi Ekundayo Oshundare (Reiki Master Teacher)
Oriyomi is Reiki Master Teacher dedicated to helping others restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with their innate capacity to heal. She holds a Master of Public Health and brings over a decade of experience in health education and promotion , wellness, and community healing, integrating evidence-informed practices with holistic and ancestral healing traditions.
In addition to her Reiki practice, Oriyomi is an initiate in the Yoruba Isese tradition of Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and an initiated priest trainee in the Akom tradition of Larteh, Ghana. Her spiritual training deepens her commitment to honoring ancestral and indigenous healing wisdom while creating safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed spaces for transformation.

Through intentional meal planning tailored to each client’s blood type, my goal is to help women reconnect with their bodies and experience wellness through personalized nutrition.
With over 30 years in the food industry, including leadership roles in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and large-scale meal preparation, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt care to every meal I create. My passion has always been serving others through food, and I am now taking the next step in my journey by pursuing certification in nutrition, so I can continue offering evidence-informed, wellness-focused guidance.
Whether you are seeking balance, increased energy, better digestion, weight support, or a more mindful relationship with food, I am committed to creating meals that are thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and aligned with your unique needs.

Tracie Robinson PhD, MA, BC-DMT, RP, CHT, CR
Dr. Tracie Robinson holds a doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology and a master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy. Since 1997, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to experience personal growth, emotional wellness, and transformation through embodied, holistic practices.
She serves as the Director of Dance Therapy Education and Internships at Saint Elizabeths Hospital, where she provides clinical leadership, mentors graduate interns, and advances embodied approaches to mental health treatment. She is also the founder of Emotions N Motion Healing Practices, a nonprofit organization, and Essences of Wellness Authentic Transformation, LLC., where she integrates dance/movement therapy, herbal medicine, nutrition, and mind-body wellness to promote whole-person well-being.
Drawing from both structured and authentic movement, Dr. Robinson helps individuals cultivate deeper self-awareness through breath, rhythm, and verbal and nonverbal expression. Her integrative approach fosters resilience, emotional balance, and lasting personal transformation.
In addition to her work as a Dance/Movement Therapist, Dr. Robinson is certified in Reiki, Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, Yoga (including Kemetic Yoga), and Herbal Medicine. Through Essences of Wellness, she extends her holistic philosophy by offering cold-pressed juices, handcrafted herbal teas, botanical wellness products, educational workshops, and transformational retreats that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
